Costs may range from $552,350 - $1,058,850 depending on the site development specifics of your location. If you choose to purchase land, the costs will elevate.

Franchise candidates must have a minimum net worth of $400,000, and a minimum of $200,000 liquid assets.

The Human Bean does not offer financing, but we do have relationships with several third-party financing options and a team member on staff to walk you through the process and make those introductions.  Our franchise is recognized as a Franchise Registry Verified Franchisor with FRANdata.

We do not collect a royalty fee on sales.  We earn revenues from bulk sales of coffee beans, cups, lids, and other supplies to our franchise partners. All locations do contribute 1% of gross sales revenue to a Brand Fund for the promotion of the THB-branded product and drive-thrus.

Two trainers are invited to spend three weeks at our training facility in Oregon. Training includes both classroom and live, hands-on drive-thru training on procedures that range from machine maintenance to drink production and inventory control.
